The newly revamped mobile banking application from Diamond Trust Bank Uganda Limited (DTB) aims to enhance the user experience for its account holders, allowing them to manage their banking needs securely and conveniently from their mobile devices.

The following features are available within the updated app:

1. View detailed information about your bank accounts.
2. Securely authorize transactions using a 4-digit PIN or biometric fingerprint authentication.
3. Access utility bill presentment five days before due dates for payment.
4. Select beneficiaries for mobile money transfers and airtime purchases directly from your phonebook.
5. Personalize your app experience by uploading a custom profile picture.
6. Transfer funds to other banks via RTGS.
7. Locate nearby branches and ATMs based on your current location.
8. Initiate chequebook requests and stop cheque requests with ease.
9. Manage everyday expenses, including household bills and payments for goods and services, such as buying airtime.
10. Utilize essential functions such as checking your balance, loading a mini-statement, updating bank information, and adding or deleting users on commonly used accounts.

Disclosures:

• Fingerprint authorization is compatible only with applicable devices.
• Customers must register for the DTB mobile banking service to access the app's features, with registration available at any branch.
